Niagara International Moot Court ..
2009-10 Niagara International Moot Court Competition
February 25-27, 2010. Washington, D.C., USA
HOTEL AND TRAVEL INFORMATION
HOTEL INFORMATION:
We have arranged a special group rate for February 25-26-27 at the Hotel Palomar in Washington DC for US$199 per night/room for single or double occupancy. There is an additional $30/pp charge for triple or quad occupancy.
Teams can book their rooms:
Due to the setup of the hotel’s website, you can only book one room at a time through their webpage, so it may be easier to call for multiple room reservation.
Reservations must be made by Jan. 15, 2010 in order to take advantage of the guaranteed rate.
VENUE INFORMATION
Following the positive feedback from last year’s competition, we are pleased to announce that this year’s competition will be hosted at the offices of several D.C. law firms. All of the firms will be in close proximity to the Hotel Palomar (near DuPont Circle). The precise schedule and locations of rounds will be announced in the new year.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
Teams should make arrangements to arrive in Washington no later than 4pm on Thursday, February 25th. The event concludes with an awards ceremony on Saturday night, so teams should feel free to book their return flights any time on Sunday, February 28th or later.
NOTE TO CANADIAN TEAMS: A valid passport is now required to enter the United States, regardless of your method of travel. Please ensure that all your team members will hold a valid passport on the travel dates.
Feel free to contact niagara2010@case.edu should you have any questions about hotel, venue, or travel information.
