SILVANA ALZETTA-REALI

Silvi Alzetta-Reali is V.P., Secretary and Division Counsel with Coca-Cola Ltd., in Canada.  Ms. Alzetta-Reali joined Coca-Cola Beverages Ltd., the largest Canadian Coca‑Cola beverage bottler, in 1992 as Legal Counsel and assumed her new position as General Counsel with Coca-Cola Ltd. in 1997.  Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Ms. Alzetta‑Reali was an associate lawyer with the firm of Raymond & Honsberger practising primarily in the area of estate and real estate law.


Silvi is responsible for the legal affairs in Canada of both Coca-Cola Ltd. and its wholly owned subsidiary, The Minute Maid Company Canada Inc.  Her practice covers all areas including trademark protection, advertising, marketing and promotions, packaging and labelling law, food law, merchandise licensing, tax, pension, employment and other general corporate and commercial matters.

Ms. Alzetta-Reali received her undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto.  She received her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1989, followed by an LL.M in tax law in 1994
