BILL HEARN
Bill Hearn is a Partner in McMillan’s International Business and Trade Law Group, Chair of its Transportation and Public Policy & Government Relations Groups and Member of the Advisory Board of the Canada-US Law Institute. His trade practice includes representing Canadian producers, service providers, trade associations, importers, foreign manufacturers and exporters, particularly in the agricultural, education, steel, alcoholic beverage, gaming and health sectors. His transportation practice includes representing air and marine trade associations, shippers, facility operators, and ports. On the marine port side, Bill has advised Canada port authorities from coast to coast (including several along the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway System) on matters relating to port governance, management, operations, major infrastructure renewal projects (including P3s) and amalgamations.
